Commercial scripts are moving to the TradingView Marketplace

We’ve updated our Terms of Use to clarify how invite-only scripts may be used. Authors can continue to use them for non-commercial purposes without any changes. However, selling access to an invite-only script, or providing that access as part of another paid product or service, will no longer be permitted starting November 1, 2026.

We’re moving sales of access to scripts to our Marketplace, where we can manage the entire process end to end and provide the best possible experience for users, with clear payment and refund terms. This also helps us review all paid indicators and strategies and respond faster to any violations of our House Rules. We know this is a significant change for vendors with existing customers, and we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.

If you want to continue selling scripts on TradingView, contact us at creators@tradingview.com before November 1, 2026. We’ll discuss the details of your transition period, the steps required to move, and how to handle your existing customers.

Customers who paid for access to invite-only scripts before that date can keep using it for the period already purchased, including lifetime access. After that, vendors may not take new payments outside the Marketplace to renew, extend, or maintain access to invite-only scripts. Vendors who do so without contacting us about joining the Marketplace will have their invite-only scripts blocked.
